1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Meesho Auto-Seller Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Chrome Extension and associated website at meesho-autofill-pro.vercel.app.

2. Description of Service

Meesho Auto-Seller Pro is a Chrome browser extension that helps Meesho sellers automate product listing form filling. Users can save product templates (Master Copies) and automatically fill multiple Meesho listing forms. The service is offered on a subscription basis at the rates specified on our Licensing page.

3. Subscription & Payment

The Service is available through a paid subscription at the rates specified on our Licensing page. Payment is processed securely through our platform. Subscriptions are billed and renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must have a valid Google account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to use the Service only for legitimate Meesho product listing activities.
• You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the extension.
• You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates Meesho's own Terms of Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials within Meesho Auto-Seller Pro are the intellectual property of Parth Kalathiya. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meesho Auto-Seller Pro is a productivity tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meesho Internet Private Limited. We are not responsible for any changes Meesho makes to their platform that may affect the extension's functionality. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect only your Google account information (name, email, profile photo) for authentication purposes. Your product template data is stored securely in Google Firebase. We do not sell your personal information to any third parties. All data is stored in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a request through the Support Form on our Website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
