1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EcomSaathi website (ecomsaathi.in), our Chrome browser extensions, or any associated utilities (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Services

EcomSaathi provides productivity and automation software designed for Indian ecommerce merchants, including but not limited to:

  • Browser automation extensions for single-click catalog listing on supported supplier portals.
  • In-browser thermal shipping label sorting, cropping, and SKU aggregation tools.
  • Profit, loss, return-to-origin (RTO), and payment settlement calculators.

All shipping label processing runs 100% locally inside your web browser. Your order files and PDF labels are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. Independent Third-Party Disclaimer

Disclaimer: EcomSaathi is an independent software tool developed for ecommerce sellers. EcomSaathi is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Meesho (Fashnear Technologies Private Limited), Amazon, Flipkart, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All product and company names are the registered trademarks of their original owners.

4. Free Trial, Subscriptions & Dynamic Pricing

We offer new users an initial 7-day free trial to evaluate all paid software features before committing to any purchase. Following the free trial:

  • Continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription plan.
  • Subscription fees are dynamic and displayed clearly on the website at the time of checkout. Prices may vary based on billing cycles (monthly, annual), promotional coupons, or bulk usage tiers.
  • All paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring or one-time basis as specified during purchase.
  • Billing terms, cancellation rules, and refund conditions are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. User Responsibilities & Permitted Use

As a condition of using the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our browser extensions or web applications.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or violation of marketplace seller policies.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our software, licenses, or accounts without prior written permission from EcomSaathi.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls implemented on our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. EcomSaathi does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely compatible with future updates made by third-party marketplace portals.

In no event shall EcomSaathi or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, marketplace penalties, or business interruption) arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
